The Sintrex NG Application provides a real-time visual into critical locations, overall system health, infrastructure performance, as well as their IT infrastructure assets. This data can be accessed directly from your mobile phone, tablet, or iPad.
Sintrex NG enables you to effortlessly escalate critical alerts using SMS or email. Alerts can also be escalated to help desk support – anytime, anywhere.
Not only does Sintrex NG provide a detailed view for your on-call operators to evaluate, acknowledge and escalate such alerts – but it also provides a high-level view for executive users. This allows them to easily administer the health of their environment.
In order to receive critical alert notifications, users are not required to be active on the app. Clicking on the notification received directs the user to the relevant alarm, where all important information about the alert (such as the location, impact level, and contact person) is provided.
Using the Assets section on the application, users can easily capture their IT assets by simply scanning the barcode or QR code of an object.
